Biography:
After completing medical school at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Gemalmaz completed his specialization training in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Following mandatory service and military duties, he began working at the Acıbadem Healthcare Group in Istanbul. Over time, he developed his skills in 3D graphic design and applied them to the computer-aided 3D analysis and treatment of orthopedic diseases. Dr. Gemalmaz has pioneered many innovations in Turkey in the treatment of orthopedic diseases using patient-specific surgical methods made possible by 3D technology. Currently, practicing at his own clinic, Dr. Gemalmaz specializes in the precise correction of orthopedic deformities using patient-specific guides, as well as performing hallux valgus surgeries with patient-specific guides and robotic knee, hip, and shoulder replacement surgeries in Istanbul.
